【摘要】:ThisdocumentspecifiestechnicalconditionsforinspectionanddeliveryofalloysENAW-6060andENAW-6063Figure1—Profilewithoutthermalbarrierextrudedprecisionprofilesmanufacturedwithandwithoutathermalbarrier(seeFigures1and2)andwithoutfurthersurfacetreatment.PrecisionprofilescoveredinthisdocumentaredistinguishedfromextrudedprofilesforgeneralapplicationscoveredinEN755-9bythefollowingcharacteristics:?theyaremainlyforarchitecturalapplications;?theymeetmorestringentrequirementsregardingthesurfaceconditionofvisiblesurfaces;?themaximumdiameterofthecircumscribingcircleCDis350mm;?theyaremadetoclosertolerancesondimensionsandform.Inthecaseofprofiles,which,duetothecomplexityoftheirdesignaredifficulttomanufactureandspecify,thenspecialagreementsbetweensupplierandpurchasermayneedtobereached.NOTETheeffectofthethermalbarriermaterialonthedimensionaltolerancesiscoveredbyEN12020-2althoughtheactualthermalbarriermaterialitselfisnot(seeEN14024).Figure1—ProfilewithoutthermalbarrierFigure2—Profilecontainingthermalbarrier
