【摘要】:Thispracticecanbeusedtodeterminethestabilityandperformanceofinkjetinkwhenexposedtoelevatedtemperaturesinaninkjetcartridge.ThispracticecanbeusedfortheevaluationofanOEMorotherreferenceinkjetcartridgecomparedtoacorrespondingremanufactured,orrefilled,orothersampleinkjetprintercartridge.Thispracticeisapplicabletoallinkjetcartridges,whethersingleormulticolor.Thispracticecanbeusedtoassessdesigngoalsofmanufacturersofinkjetprintercartridgesforinkcapability,inkfilling,andpackagingeffectiveness.Thispracticemaybeusedforresearchanddevelopment,andforqualityacceptanceevaluation.1.1Thispracticedescribesapracticalproceduretohelpdeterminetheshelflifeconfidenceofasampleinkjetcartridgeinashortperiodoftime.ThispracticeusesanacceleratedagingtestbasedontheArrheniusprinciplewhichstatesthatforevery10x00B0;Cincreaseintemperaturethereis,approximately,atwotimesrateincreaseofachemicalreaction.1.2Thispracticeconsistsofcomparingtheabilityofaninkjetcartridgetoprintafterexposuretoelevatedtemperatureascomparedtoareferenceinkjetcartridge,suchasanOEM(originalequipmentmanufacturer)inkjetcartridge.1.3Thispracticecanbeusedtoevaluatetheeffectivenessoftheoverallproductionofremanufacturedorrefilledinkjetcartridges.1.4Toconfirmtheresultsofacceleratedaging,real-timeagingshouldalsobeconducted.1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.6Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.
