【摘要】:1.1ThispartofISO2859specifiesanacceptancesamplingsystemforinspectionbyattributes.Itisindexedintermsoftheacceptancequalitylimit(AQL).Itspurposeistoinduceasupplierthroughtheeconomicandpsychologicalpressureoflotnon-acceptancetomaintainaprocessaverageatleastasgoodasthespecifiedacceptancequalitylimit,whileatthesametimeprovidinganupperlimitfortherisktotheconsumerofacceptingtheoccasionalpoorlot.SamplingschemesdesignatedinthispartofISO2859areapplicable,butnotlimited,toinspectionof-enditems,-componentsandrawmaterials,-operations,-materialsinprocess,-suppliesinstorage,-maintenanceoperations,-dataorrecords,and-administrativeprocedures.1.2Theseschemesareintendedprimarilytobeusedforacontinuingseriesoflots,thatis,aserieslongenoughtoallowtheswitchingrules(9.3)tobeapplied.Theserulesprovide:a)aprotectiontotheconsumer(bymeansofaswitchtotightenedinspectionordiscontinuationofsamplinginspection)shouldadeteriorationinqualitybedetected;b)anincentive(atthediscretionoftheresponsibleauthority)toreduceinspectioncosts(bymeansofaswitchtoreducedinspection)shouldconsistentlygoodqualitybeachieved.SamplingplansinthispartofISO2859mayalsobeusedfortheinspectionoflotsinisolationbut,inthiscasetheuserisstronglyadvisedtoconsulttheoperatingcharacteristiccurvestofindaplanthatwillyieldthedesiredprotection(see12.6).Inthatcase,theuserisalsoreferredtothesamplingplansindexedbylimitingquality(LQ)giveninISO2859-2.
