【摘要】:ThispartofISO15156givesrequirementsandrecommendationsfortheselectionandqualificationofcarbonandlowalloysteelsforserviceinequipment,usedinoilandnaturalgasproductionandnaturalgastreatmentplantsinH2S-containingenvironments,whosefailurecouldposearisktothehealthandsafetyofthepublicandpersonnelortotheenvironment.Itcanbeappliedtohelptoavoidcostlycorrosiondamagetotheequipmentitself.Itsupplements,butdoesnotreplace,thematerials'requirementsoftheappropriatedesigncodes,standardsorregulations.ThispartofISO15156addressestheresistanceofthesesteelstodamagethatmaybecausedbysulfidestress-cracking(SSC)andtherelatedphenomenaofstress-orientedhydrogen-inducedcracking(SOHIC)andsoft-zonecracking(SZC).ThispartofISO15156alsoaddressestheresistanceofthesesteelstohydrogen-inducedcracking(HIC)anditspossibledevelopmentintostepwisecracking(SWC).ThispartofISO15156isonlyconcernedwithcracking.Lossofmaterialbygeneral(massloss)orlocalizedcorrosionisnotaddressed.Table1providesanon-exhaustivelistofequipmenttowhichthispartofISO15156isapplicable,includingpermittedexclusions.ThispartofISO15156appliestothequalificationandselectionofmaterialsforequipmentdesignedandconstructedusingconventionalelasticdesigncriteria.Fordesignsutilizingplasticcriteria(e.g.strain-basedandlimit-statedesigns),seeISO15156-1:2001,Clause5.AnnexAlistsSSC-resistantcarbonandlowalloysteels,andA.2.4includesrequirementsfortheuseofcastirons.ThispartofISO15156isnotnecessarilysuitableforapplicationtoequipmentusedinrefiningordownstreamprocessesandequipment.
